Mr. Karabon has extensive experience in dealership law as he served for 23 years as General Counsel for two Top 100 Mega-Dealers. He brings a dealer’s perspective and has addressed virtually every issue that a dealer might confront, including franchise sales and acquisitions, real estate transactions, employment matters, franchise relations, advertising compliance, general corporate matters, dealership financing, and contracts. Mr. Karabon has written and implemented a vast array of dealership policies and procedures and has trained employees in all dealership departments. In addition to an accounting degree, he has earned an MBA and is well-versed in dealership financing matters. Mr. Karabon also served as General Counsel for one of the largest marine dealership groups in the country.
