Mr. Fabian honed his analytical skills by practicing as a structural Engineer for 11 years before earning his J.D.  Since then, he has litigated in a variety of areas, in both large and small firms, with special emphasis on research and writing.  His practice has been in state and federal trial courts, and he has worked on appellate matters in both court systems.

His practice has been in a number of commercial litigation settings, including construction litigation, debtor/creditor matters, contract disputes and insurance litigation, as well as corporate governance and real estate matters.  In addition, he has handled employment discrimination matters as well as consumer protection litigation, much of it in the class action context.
